Hello All -- Getting a late start to today -- On Taco Tuesday of all days! This is the day I normally hunger after more time -- not less -- Oh woe is me. Well trying to get a running start here -- Happy Taco Tuesday!

I don't think I've ever eaten a taco in my life... Any suggestions to start with?

Months have gone by and Panda's still muted for me, pretty sure they(mods/admin) just forgot he was muted at this point.

Anyway, I genuinely think Panda should become a moderator. The guy is always online, definitely seems like someone who could help the community.

Carnitas or Birria are my favorties. But its going to depend on where you are at and what options you have around you. Or how well you can cook.

The only place within ~15km radius that serves Mexican tacos and doesn't have bad reviews has Birria, Bistec, Camaron, Pollo and Cochinita Pibil ones.
My cooking skills are not good, but friends and family tells me I make great pizza (one of my fav dishes) and pizza sauce. But I don't think those skills will help me that much with tacos.
