Huh, why is it an Obsidian-only issue if it's a Unity issue? Though I suppose, it can be an issue from other companies - Obsidian was just quicker to find it/more upfront with reporting it.

It is still a legal/news nightmare, even if not technically at fault. They're also part of MS and their rep is under the toilet, being proactive doesn't hurt. Also maybe because they have DRM free versions floating around because of GOG.
