I have the game, keep trying to get into it and then get overwhelmed. Rinse and repeat every few months

yes it is, i am highly into few of the paradox map painting with crayon games.

Just keep trying you will eventually get it haha
But if you want a paradox game easiest to get into it would be Crusader Kings III

basically keep punching head against wall and find someone who you can watch some vids playing it to get you some form of general idea. played em for so long i cannot remember how i got into them too much other than got into ck2 first via watching vids of it for a year or half a year (had no pc at the time) eu4 and hoi4 i remember much less how i got into
