I've been working on setting up/configuring/hacking kohya for the past 3 weeks or so. I'm in the process of building a model of Clara and this is after Phase 1 of lora training. I've been pumping out the images today trying to get samples for Phase 2 of lora training over night while I sleep. Phase 1 took about 6.5 hours to complete 1 step of training.

Here's Clara, pretty close to what I'm aiming for.

I would say that I like or am okay with most piercings, but I'm with you on the stretched ears, no thank you. My ex-wife has 5 holes in her nose.

The first one is marginally better...thank goodness they can get those fixed surgically. I think I have a mild form of trypophobia, so there's that.

Fair, but at least for me whenever I see anything clown related, the first thing that comes to mind is the 2016 killer clown epidemic/2016 clown sightings that every news org seemed to report on non-stop at the time. Kind of drains the fun from the theme.

The secret to not having this happen is to never let yourself think!

Jokes aside, I used to struggle with this for a while. What really helped me was having background noise you can faintly pay attention to while laying down. Youtube videos or a tv show can help a ton, since if you start to get into that rabbit hole you can just force yourself to pay attention to whatever is happening on a screen. If you get a U shaped neck pillow and sleep on your side you can wear headphones to bed, letting the ear cup on the headphone sit in the inside of the U. I recommend putting the bottom of the U against your shoulder and laying it flat on your pillow.
