I had some ideas:

• Try to not use your avatar, nor it's variations. The logo/symbol should be something more unique for the cult.
• A cute panda, made with simple Vectors, would be cool.
• Maybe a paw. Straight forward. Some " Cult of Panda " text, around it.
• We need a mascot too.
• Small number of colors. Max of 3 main colors.

However, we need to discuss things. Like:
Are we talking about a logo or symbol? Do we need memes? Who is the one doing the visuals? Where is the other members? Are we soldiers? Really?
The main colors of the cult will be black and white? Or we gonna use your red? Maybe your old purple? We accepting other bears?
What is the goal of the cult? Who the fuck is the...
