Currently only slight interest as I dont really have any uses for AI work apart from looking at it for a bit. It depends on the dish mozzarella for pizza, parmesan for pasta and we have a local dessert called "vigilante" (hang on with me it's a little hard to explain in english due to the words used) made with fresh cheese and has 2 variations, one with quince meat and another with a sweet potato jam(?). Here are a picture of each.
