Yeah, I think @Mr. Tearson was moving nodes around. Might've been someone else, but that's my guess. I think the nodes on the forum got changed and threads got moved from one to the new structure.

Haven't played a proper game in ages and man do my reaction time suck! It's getting better though, but my age is definitely showing.

I'm glad I don't live on a very hot part of the planet! Been a really cool and rainy summer for us, I don't even think we've gone above 20°C yet.
Which is great for me, I'm very cold resistant and don't do great in hot environments. A lot of complaints from my coworkers though!

Yeah, it's fun, it has both singleplayer and multiplayer.
It's a survival crafting game, so if you like those kinds, I recommend it, for the reason that, it's a little different, because you are mostly on a raft.

Terraria is a good thing to be distracted by.

Well, it's good to know I'm not the only one getting inexplicably distracted by a non-site-related game. I've been replaying the original COD: Modern Warfare trilogy for the past two weeks. Just the single-player campaigns tho, for the nostalgia.

It's a survival crafting game, so if you like those kinds, I recommend it, for the reason that, it's a little different, because you are mostly on a raft.

Yes, it's absolutely the first time! I definitely don't have nearly 900 hours in-game with 90% of that time spent on building stuff.

I've always preferred playing singleplayer experiences myself. If I take MMO's as an example. I can play hundreds, or even thousands of hours without talking to anyone, but as soon as I start talking to someone regularly my subconscious decides we're done with the game and I stop playing within a month. It has happened EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. without fail. It's pretty annoying, since I quite quickly come to like the ones I deem worthy enough to talk to.

I’ve tried dipping into strategy/base-building a few times, Subnautica and Surviving Mars especially stood out, but I always find myself crawling back to linear shooters like MW2. Comfort food gaming, I guess. Your list actually makes me want to revisit Subnautica now that you mention it.....
