I still wonder why the fuck anyone would choose to use RPGM. Whoever invented RPGM should go to a prison that makes Gitmo or Supermax look like Club Med.

It makes perfect sense to use if your game is going to function like a JRPG- turn-based combat, navigable overworld, inventory and character stat systems, etc. It's only really a problem when 1. devs use those things but implement them badly (e.g. huge empty maps to cross multiple times, enemies that swarm you and take forever to beat for minimal reward, etc) or 2. devs use it to make straightforward VNs that don't need any RPG features.

I used to enjoy RPGM. Even created a few games of it, myself.

I ended up hating on their community, though. Huge fucking joke, especially compared to here.

I'd much rather play 2D games similar to RPGM in Unreal or Unity style than ever touch that shit again.

It's pretty terrible for anything, with the horrible map graphics, etc. Maybe execution via impalement? And using it for an adult game = cut off fingers? Adult games and RPGs are things that should never come twain.

Jokes aside, if you want to earn lots of coin it's better to react to others often and hope they recognize your name and react to your posts in return, it helps to engage and not just shitpost ... not like we all don't like a good shitpost every now and then, but it just doesn't get you very far.
Also, Sleaze ... it helps and can get you far if you know how to utilize your inner sleaze. Would be easier of course if newcomers could use the sleaze-react, but others have shown their dedication to sleaze without it, gifs and memes help with that.
Well at least you've got your gif-game up already...
