Most decent posts will gather a good amount of reactions given time, our point was short term results.
You could advertise 7-10 posts over multiple days waiting period, or you could just advertise posting a few more times within a few hours.
Making 15-20 posts isn't that much harder and doesn't take up much more time than posting 7-10. Maybe like hour and a half, 2 hours, instead of 30 minutes to an hour if you were to engage at a decently active timeframe here.

But if you’re just here for the games, M+ will probably cover everything you need.

The normal one, you have access to from the beginning, the games+ one, you need M+ for.

I had to make a minimum of 35 posts and be on the site for 12 hours, to get the M+ for free.

Well I didn't and guess what, that member got enough coins for their M+ and 737 of those coins were from just 7 posts, posted in this thread. I have proven that you don't have to be an old timer to get coins for M+ easily. You may not be able to accept the facts but they exist, this is the last I have to say on this matter.

Personally, I think the easiest way — as already mentioned — is just being polite, tossing in a few jokes, and jumping into some conversations.
It’s honestly the most natural and painless path to getting M+.

Fair points all around, honestly. Some folks get lucky with timing or hit the right thread, others take a bit longer — both paths work.
At the end of the day, whether it takes 7 posts or 20, the key is just engaging genuinely and having a bit of fun along the way.
