Here is the easiest way to do it.
Go back a 2 or 3 pages. read the post. Then use the quote button in the bottom right of the post. to quote them.
Now make a post and on the bottom left click insert post.. Replay with a comment and a meme or gif. You will get others to react to you. Those reacts add up. We like to call it Back reading. People here love backreaders.

At any given time I have a folder, two windows, two monitors and many tabs open. Google is your friend.
It makes me look fast even though I'm really slow.
Like right now I'm chatting with others, backreading and so on. It takes time to get the swing of it but it's not hard.
