Good night all. Tonight's dream fuel encompasses those strange images, many from our youth that kept us awake and staring at the closet terrified as children come bedtime. The first such film that terrified me was the cyclops from old Sinbad movie "The Seventh Voyage of Sinbad" in 1958. So many nightmares for so many years. This was followed by the movie "Them" with it's giant ants made in 1954 that I saw in 1960 which did not affect me quite so badly though it still terrified me. Then along came 1963 with "The Haunting" and my childhood mind was broken. Special effects have got much better but -- I am not 6 years old now so I can tolerate it better.
