imo the "must read" permission error could do with a slight rework. It doesn't do a great job of highlighting that something must be read in order to continue. I hit this issue when I joined up too. I know it does say it, it just seems to highlight other portions of the page, particularly if you're new and haven't cleared the notices. Also the current "shadow prestige" draws attention. I suspect this is causing a lot of the recent "drama".

All I have been doing is saying I have a problem, but people don't believe me, are assuming something different than what I actually said, are not helping be telling me the same thing over and over again, telling me I am wrong over and over again, and not listening to what I actually said, and said multiple times in multiple places, in multiple ways.

I once called a mechanic shop and told them "My car doesnt work".
The Mechanic: "Can you tell me more?"
Me: "Didnt you listen? My car doesnt work."
Mechanic: "Yeah, i heard that, but anything more specific?"
Me: "My car doesnt work!"
Mechanic: "Yeah, i got that, but what exactly doesnt work? Does it not start? Are your tires damaged?"
