What I do in that situation is binge re-watch something I have already seen and loved -- so I can follow it even though my attention is divided. Star Gate SG-1, Farscape, Firefly and True Blood all fulfill that requirement.

Those forced perspective paintings are neat, but the ceiling one works well because it's in a smol room and is pithy to the purpose of hte room.

And re: pole-vaulters and high jumpers, they're pretty fit looking, and as long as they don't go full female [roided-looking] bodybuilder, they look great, I agree.
