I am the reverse -- Since I retired in the morning I sleep as long as the dogs allow, and depending on how that sets my daily clock - I might not even eat dinner till 8:30 or 9 - after that -- usually I go to bed about 12:30

Ok, seriously a big hug to everyone else who's "celebrating" Mother's Day as a memorial for a lost mom.

Our chances of showing our appreciation directly to her are over, but we can still reflect on her love and kindness (if you were lucky enough to have such a mother) during this time.

My mother wasn't perfect, but I would jump at the chance to give her one more hug and kiss and tell her that she did a good job with me.

So cheers to all of you. May you remember your mothers fondly.
