To put it in perspective (and assuming that it stores fractional digits, which I'm guessing is true, but haven't tested yet), if you simply deposit 1,000 activity coins in the bank and don't get any more, relying solely on collecting the daily interest, you would reach enough for Permanent Prestige Level 4 (25,000) in only 164 days. If you held off on that purchase and waited another 70 days, you'd have enough coins for Permanent Prestige Level 5.

With that said, it goes a lot faster if you continue to interact, posting interesting messages, giving and getting likes.

Yep, as long as the number isn't rounded down (i.e. 2% of 125 coins is 2.5 behind the scenes, even though it only shows 2 as the payout), my day counts would be accurate.
