I love them all because I'm a massive slut...but other than catgirls, I'd say dragonkin I enjoyed playing Monster College, I still need to play the latest updates, but they changed something, so old saves don't work and I'd have to start from scratch.

Oh man goblins how did I forget. Twinewood is one of my favourite adult games. Super nice developer too

Depends on what counts as a monster girl species:
Cat girls -> Kitsune -> Fox girls -> Wolf girls -> Dog girls
If we count Catgirls, foxgirls, etc as beastfolk, then it would be that one, followed by kitsune (love the multiple tails)
