I also know that the Actor that played Gimli in LOTR was allergic to his facial prosthetic. so every day he'd have a big reaction to it. apparently sometimes he couldn't hardly even see by the end of the day shooting.

Oh yeah, I heard about that. Must have been so bad. I read that they weren't paid very much to do those films either, even though they made billions. That actor was also in the Indiana Jones movies I believe.
