You know isekai anime, where the protagonist resurrects in a new world? How about a mass reverse isekai! So the question is:
What sci-fi or fantasy race would you reverse isekai to real life earth?

Spoiler: My answer

While you may guess I'd pick slime-folk, they would actually be a secondary choice. My first choice would probably be beastfolk.

I had to google isekai, thanks for teaching me something. The first thing that came to mind is catgirls, but fae might be interesting and I've always loved dragons

I'm vodka team. I love vodka and wine and beer and whisky. Then it comes tequila. If the rum is really good, I can be also on the second team, but no coke, please.
And no, I don't have a problem... yet.

I used to enjoy drinking anything except gin, gin is the worst.

Okay, didn't quite get the spider thing going in this one, and I know why, but it kicked this good one out I had to share ...

I did a lot of odd things to get here...but here you go...a sexy spider girl...I took inflence from centaurs (used it as a prompt word) to get a spider lower body and human upper... just pretend the candles aren't going through her hands...I tried...

Lots of folks here said beastfolks, so imma going with something else. I’ve always been fascinated by myths, how every culture has its own, yet they all feel connected in some way. And with Japan so close to my heart, there’s no better choice than Yokai to bring that magic to life.

It would make the world feel mythical again, blurring the line between legend and reality. Kitsune weaving illusions, Bakeneko bringing omens, Oni testing strength, Nekomata whispering secrets to the dead, Tengu soaring through the skies, Jorogumo luring the unsuspecting, Nurarihyon slipping into homes as if they belong.

Okay, it seems that by mid/late april I will have some more free time so I guess I should start setting everything, but the last time I touched ai image generation was more than a year ago and I used stable diffusion directly by code (or perchance while my pc was being repaired) and I guess there is a lot of new things and technologies that I should familiarize with so I would like to ask if anyone know of a place where I should start to look into it.

To add to my previous comment after I was asked in a dm about how I drank it -- Normally I just take it straight as a sort of aperitif But I also occasionally prepare kaffepunch. The drink is prepared by putting a coin in the bottom of a cup and pouring in enough coffee to cover the coin, then adding enough aquavit to make the coin visible again. yummmyyyyyy

Forge GUI, I just started using it. I did a lot of weird things to make spider-girl happen. Maybe with smore more learning I could do better in a few months.
Pound for pound though I've gotten some insane stuff from Forge with less than 5 days using it. I jsut added some realism stuff to my Aloy thread, check it out.

They are smart, imagine all the technology, they could invent or improve...
And maybe.... I wanna bang one...

I was trying to think of a race that would bring technological improvement
that's a good answer and 2 good reasons

It seems we share the same answer, beastfolk would be my first choice.
In second and third place, I would think maybe Fairies (as in small pixie, not as the "make a pact and good luck if you ever try to break it" creatures), and maybe Elves (including dark elves...) , but it would probably depend if they would be the "Kneel you lowly human" or not...

I was thinking beastfolk or elves would be my second pick but I didn't think of fairies, that's another good one
