Yeah, i get that as well. My body gets used to existing on 5 to 6 hours of sleep, and then when I sleep longer it's like "oh shit, that's what we were missing!" and starts craving more.

Took a lot longer than normal as some work stuff was constantly breaking and I had no idea what was going on. Several rage fits later I'm OK.
