You can't help them. They are in denial that they are wrong about cannibalism being illegal in the world.

Their supplier was busted though, because they were selling bodies that were either meant to be cremated or that were meant to be donated to science. I can't remember the exact facts.

Natural is pretty easy: if you can't get it from standard breeding, it isn't natural. I suppose it's genetically possible to get three breasts on a woman, but that would be a genetic anomaly that I haven't heard about actually occurring - outside of cojoined twins - and it would still be outside of normal.

Ethical? I suppose that depends upon whether you're a sociopath/psychopath/batshitcrazyfucker or not.
