p5 doesnt get access to the lower tiers, this is by design despite the description saying it does, I can't access p3 or p4 areas

i had assumed because p5 is cheaper than p4, but if its a mistake dont let me stop you from fixing it, I don't know what I'm talking about after all

honestly, I share the same opinion, but at the same time, P5 costs 230k if you don't donate, so it's a fair price for all the other ranks included. Dunno, I'll let the Overlord decides that. But if nothing changes, the guys can put the blame on you
