We actually had that first one a few years ago. Not nearly as bad as that. Like a quarter inch of ice covering everything. Got a ride into work with a co worker. The parking lot was in ice rink. I had to slide across the parking lot to get to the front door. If I attempted to lift my feet I would start doing the ice dancing and almost fall

It's going from civ 1, where it is a really bug, caused by wrong logic with storaging variables in memory. Simply put, Gandhi has the lowest agression in the game, and negative numbers lays in memory as bigger than positive. And when you do something good to Gandhi, his aggression becomes even more lower and became... MAXIMUM POSITIVE VALUE. After that he nukes as fk

In next games it's became a meme and devs keep it in games.
