Holy thats a good deal, I wish houses were that cheap near my place the cheapest thing I've seen was my parents house and they got that for like $110k. Other than that houses are starting at like 500k minimum, 600k for an already decent house.

They had it on the market for just over £650k for the last 6 months in the end he just wanted to be rid of it also my neighbour got two other houses there is some work to be done but other than that it is fine.

There are some gems in the games+ category for sure, but the best games I've played are available for the general public. Who knows what tomorrow will bring though.
