I sympathize with him, I really do. That Hail Mary broke the Bears backs, while at the same time sending us on an upward spiral. It was a complete failure of coaching for this entire season for the Bears. From the timeout fiascos all season, to being unable to stop his QBs pouting constantly.

The worst part is there was some genuine enthusiasm behind the Bears at the start of the season.
