but everyone is telling me to eat at least 1 gr of protein per 1kg of my bodyweight... And also eating protein is inflating my workout ego hehehe~
I mean, do as you like but that excess protein just gets pissed out. Only thing it's inflating is your bowel movements my dude. Balance is the key and keeping up a good diet overall. Can't just force feed yourself protein for super strength lmao

Bruh, no person needs that much protein for an after workout meal XD
That's a whole chicken breast so it's not that outrageous. I mean it's the healthy version of eating a deep-fried chicken breast. Unless the dude's like 100LBS soaking wet and constipated

I'm not a doctor, just going to start off with that. There's a ton of factors that you should keep in mind when formulating a diet. What works for one guy might not work for someone else. Everyone has their own metabolism rate

yeah maybe, and chicken breast everyday is starting to hurt my poor ass student wallet so yeah lol

Fair enough, I didn't see the 200g of chicken. I saw chicken and 3 eggs and I defaulted to someone having a full breast along with the eggs. Unless you're bulking, that's a pretty egregious amount in one sitting.

honestly it's not that much protein tbf. Like around 100 gr for those chicken and eggs combined. And at least google tells me it's still normal for muscle building

Variety of diet is also extremely important too. Eating the same thing over and over will drive you insane unless you know how to sauce it up and season it special. Experiment a bit with it maybe or swap to a different protein for a bit maybe?

I once knew a guy who ate nothing but 3 chicken breasts for every meal for 6 months straight and went to work out for 2 hours a day while on deployment for military. dude was fucking huge by the time we got home.

oh it's not that bad. I steam it with cooking wine, soy sauce, touch of black vinegar and sesame oil. It's not that bad tbh.

Actually haven't tried that. Sounds pretty good. I usually do a rub of salt, pepper, rosemary, paprika, garlic powder, and a touch of curry powder. Gives is a nice savory taste. That one sounds like it would end up a bit sweet. I'll have to try it.

if I could do black magic, I'd just morph myself into the undertaker really

yeah a lot of people cook it on a pan. I feel like steaming it is simpler and quicker and also keeping the breasts moist.

I do pan searing the most and really to keep it moist, you just flash fry the first side, flip to the other and cover it to steam for the second half of the process. Gets it fully cooked and locks in the moisture. Turns out great.

hooo I'm also thinking of making chicken mapo tofu. It looks easy and packs a lot of protein as well~
