I hear ya Dude, in that situation I end up leaving early, biggest thing for me is I find drunk people incredibly annoying if I am sober.
Almost wonder if I was annoying when I drank a lot...

good mornign TheDude. i hate every time the company switch places to a bar for the christmas party. i remember one time the bar was like in the other side of town like 2 hours in public transport to the bar and i think only went like 10 people that live near the bar... obviusly half the company furious told HR that was the worse they could do, the next month we know that the person who chose the place chose it for convenience because it belonged to a family member and it was close to where where she lives... after that they fired about 10 HR people because they made parties almost private for themselves and the HR department and the company never knew until that day.

but i hope you have a good bar experience at least in the party

Yeah and the second I'm allowed to leave I will be. We have to stay for food and a few other things. But once that's over I'll be right out the door. I was a huge flirt when I got drunk. Helps that I knew all the waitresses at the eagles club i drank at. But I had no shame. Some of the things I said to them would get a normal person slapped a lot lol.

Where I worked for 9 years, they had several facilities. The Xmas party was at the HQ, more than 100 miles away, so I never went. Was never to that place for anything.

It's worse when you work in sales. "Normal" company christmas parties with drunk executives hitting on interns seem pretty demure compared to the shit we used to do when celebrating a successful quarter in the early 2010s. Completely unhinged wannabe Wolf of Wallstreet type of stuff.

Fair enough then! I'll shut my trap. If you're just like for liking, 1:1ing, two trailers, go for it. I think I was just reading between imaginary lines that there was insunation that, either trailer, was a reflection of an end product. As a trailer, I enjoyed it and felt it was effective at showing us Ciri.
I, personally, don't see a value in saying "Trailer from this game is better than trailer from that game" because... Well. Seems a moot point to me. But certainly no harm in doing so and more power to you!

Because the trailers are intended as a reflection and, while I judge the older trailer based on "objective" points, there is always the subtext of the trailers that Arclight pointed out, subtext that might give us an idea of where W4 is going. And that is another matter altoghether. I did not judge it but i (we, I think) saw something into it, something that might, or might not be there, because it works on a different level, more difficult to analyze than the "simple" directing/editing./screenplay.
So, if you saw/felt anything more than Ciri is badass, something that the trailer did very well, I would gladly hear it.
