While true, he was still the one who viewed technology as the direct cause of the world's crises. Not to be /that guy/ but I do think its interesting to compare and contrast the ways that free, open source, community developed technology(Linux, FOSS Movement, etc.) affects people and the ways that strictly for-profit technology(Social Media, Addictive Phone Apps, Surveillance Tech, etc.) affects people. Just something to about .

Not to be /that guy/ but I do think its interesting to compare and contrast the ways that free, open source, community developed technology(Linux, FOSS Movement, etc.) affects people and the ways that strictly for-profit technology(Social Media, Addictive Phone Apps, Surveillance Tech, etc.) affects people. Just something to about .

There is a lot of drinks that are alcohol and energy drink. They are mainly shot type drinks

And each and every one doesn't do what you think they do, are worse for your health than any ingredient taken separately, and the taste... well, they're shots, they don't have to taste good, right?
Do you want to get drunk? Way better to do proper alchol. Even the hangover won't be as bad. If you (not necessarily you, @TheDude14 ) can't stand the flavour of distillates, just do simple shots of vodka, no flavour (if it's a good vodka) to be worried about.

Not in the USA, pre-mixed drinks with caffeine and alcohol were outlawed years ago. Not that it really changed anything, now you just have to buy your Red Bull and vodka in separate bottles and do the damn mixing yourself! Like some kind of drunkard!

They didn't ban it here, but made them sell a version that was diluted to like 150 proof. Not that they needed a law - all liquor in PA is sold in state owned stores.

I don't think so. While USA approach to alchool is quite contradictory to my eyes, it's still the birthplace of the cocktail culture, so if the FDA banishes a pre-batched cocktail that's beacause, as I said, it's bad bad.

If you also note from my post I did say I don't drink anymore. But when I did I did to get shit faced drunk. One of the main reasons why I stopped drinking. I didn't know when to stop. But back then yeah I did a fair amount of shot type drinks that were like that.

I just went to bars and ordered things like that. Never really just drank at home to where I had to make my drinks like that.
