And also just in case, I'll quote two posts with a little guide.

If you press "Reply", the post you're replying to will be inserted into the message box.

But if you press the "Quote" button, it will be stored, and you will be able to find it here.

"Insert Quotes", when pressed this will popup.

You can rearrenge if you have multiple, by dragging the "button" with three lines.
When done, just press "Quote Messages" and they will be in the message box, ready for you to reply to!

Now, the next step is the "edit" button...

Not sure about it giving the wearer the handling buff. From what I know, they tend to have a -2 handling. But they do give a a special ability to of distraction for 2 turns
