Honestly Gustavus imo just because his death didn't spell the beginning of the end of Sweden's Great Power status, plus he made less reckless decisions compared to Carolus who comes across as a bit shortsighted.

Admiration? Considering the result "pity" might be more appropriate . I gave this a lot of thought and decided that this was a clear case of the bartender trying to kill me. I will admit I was stupid - but it's his job to know this stuff. Last time that happened to me a bartender kept being buddy buddy and buying me shot after shot of Jack Daniel's . Come to find out later I slept with his sister and he WAS trying to kill me.

I'm a spider so what! is one of my guilty treasure, such a fun isekai. I only dislike isekai when there is absolutely no challenge presented. If you are a god at everything it's boring. Also the women just falling at your feet constantly. My next life as a villainess was great, but season 2 it's like everyone was a yandere for her.

There are certainly things that can make it bad, no challenge isn't one for me if it is presented right, I have seen isekais with totally overpowered super protagonists, but that were going into the slice of life category and that can be fun too but generally some challenge should be there, yeah, even if I don't need the protagonist to actually loose anything or anyone, but some nut to crack helps the story

Remember me of my favorite philosopher, Charles Fourier. He wrote, between other really progressive things, that we should replace sex negative religion by another one where it's considered sacred to do good sexual things, like giving sex to people who have trouble finding some (old people, people with disability, ugly people, shy people...). It's a shame that he wasn't heard.

The thought crossed my mind. That bartender, given your tip culture, would not have seen a dime from me.
If a customer came to me asking for a particular brand/style I would never have given him/her something so different from the original request, and, in any case, I would explain what I was about to give him and, better yet, offer a small sample.
