atm there's like ten nine things you can spend LCs on:
we can divide them into two broad categories: Ranks and Funnies
there's 5+1 ranks and 3 funnies
imo 99% of the time you do not need anything more than m+, the first rank; everything else is just either bragging rights or tools for being obnoxious.

I prefer Orthodontist if you need those tooth pulled than dentist since they are a Real Doctor.
Dentist is more for cleaning and stuff like that I don't trust them when they need to do something that will cause blood to come out.

I never had contest since it seems to much of a commitment especially trading the winning to the winners

Orthodontist are like next level I think since they are a real doctor and has real doctors degree.
More like doctors that has specialization in oral stuff.
Dentist are just people went to dentistry school and not real doctors in the sense.
