Val Kilmer. Totally wrong for Bruce Wayne and Batman. Followed closely by George Clooney. Was a decent Bruce Wayne.. even if over the top, but him as Batman was awful.

Please, please, do yourself a BIG favour: dont't take hollywod (lowercase intended) as a history teacher. That show has nothing, absolutely nothing of historic accuracy (and that goes with anything not US related). It's just trope after trope used as an excuse to show some flesh.

Val Kilmer. Totally wrong for Bruce Wayne and Batman. Followed closely by George Clooney. Was a decent Bruce Wayne.. even if over the top, but him as Batman was awful.

I go West the worst, then Clooney then Kilmer.
West was just too goofy even for the kid me watching it.

Yeah, but you're talking about 1966 Batman.. and it wasn't really meant to be taken seriously. Me as a kid in the 80s watching the reruns.. I fucking loved it. I remember Adam West being pissed in '89 about not being considered for the role. I mean, come on Adam.. you were like 61.. ain't nobody wanna see your old Bat-balls in the suit.
