just curious. What do you view as ethic food? I don't know difference at time because so much food originate from different part of world, and in some west countries food evolve over long period of time, so, in my understanding there ethnic food is pretty much down to interpret other than food specific to each country. Or is it you just eat bake beans and pies or fish and chips?
