I rest my back in the morning to let it settle, then I try to be on my feet as much as possible before PT. As much as it might suck, being sedentary is the enemy of recovery.

Welcome back! It's always nice to see you. I can't really judge you for your departures. I don't disappear for weeks at a time, but I do for days due to various life things, so I won't hold it against anyone else who does similar.

* I googled, but not on google. Probably it was on rule34 by looking for Persona Pixie. But I use multiple ways to scour the internet... to give you an idea, I'm still looking for a gif I forgot to save and don't rememeber where or how I found it.
