It's like those PS/XBox game trophies you can earn for doing certain tasks. I need to collect them all for 100 % and the platinum trophy. Can't even enjoy the freaking game anymore because I have to watch youtube tutorials on how to get them. I killed a controller once because I had to repeat a stupid mission for the 100th time for a trophy.

you and me mate, although there were some old game that had those joke achivements that when you went for them you did not know what to do, but once you done it realised what they tried to do and did get giggle (looking at you stuntman ignition)
