I'm really hoping there is a physical copy, even if I have to settle for LRG. I own the 2 copies of both SSSC and Eternal Blue, and the Sega CD ones. Along with the OG Shining Force games, I paid a lot of money for them because my siblings had access to the Disc-based consoles, while I didn't get to play them until I was older, to their knowledge. I ended up buying them later on when they were at Collector's premium prices.

There was a guy on Discord and YouTube that had a channel of AI covers solely for PS1-PS2 games. He had several of the Lunar songs, Thousand Arms, Breath of Fire 3, the Tales series, Final Fantasy, and such, maybe around 80+ songs. He got endlessly harassed until he just deleted everything and disappeared. They were really good, and made me dive back into the older games I loved as a kid, I basically had to covertly play in secret.

That is awesome. I wish I'd heard those songs. As for me my family didn't have the money for a sega cd so we rented it from a store until I finished the game initially. I remember when sega cd got discontinued at the front of a local walmart for $6 each. If only I'd bought them all.

A couple of years later I was able to start actually getting a sega cd, and then found sssc on ps1. I'm biased a bit towards sega cd lunar, but I loved it all anyways
