No, but I should've because I loved the first one. I stupidly bought Greedfall 2, and it's been disappointly average. I've had trouble getting into it, I'll probably still finish it, but not 100%.

I've playing frost punk through gamepas but it's only on PC at the moment. It's been an ok game a bit hard to get to at first. Sad to hear about Greed Fall was thinking of getting that as well

I remember Frostpunk being pretty damn tough at first, I originally played it on PS4.

Definitely formulate your own opinion on Greedfall 2, though. Look up gameplay, some reviews from smaller Journalists, not the clickbaity types of people. It's all subjective, I've both loved games people hated, and despised games people cherished. Spiders is a decent company, of course their games are mostly jank. They did pretty good for games like Bound by Flame with I believe a 6 person team at the time. I remember that game reviewing poorly, and I actually liked it.

I've also had a really bad week, which has been souring my mood. So, Greedfall 2 might be decent, I'm just in a poor headspace and taking it out on other things.

i have played it aswell which is mainly why i am curious about your opinions and found it decent enough to finish main story. I did not find it reminiscent of those games since i have i think played all of spiders earlier games (mars war logs, technomancer and bound by flame) but i did enjoy the first risen the other two was also in same category as greedfall for me. where i finished the main story once. also one funny thing is that i thought the protag in 3 was same char as in 1 n 2. making the whole patty relationship (who got more and more sexualised in each itiretion (nice but also funny) a bit weird and jarring for me. i think i enjoyed risen 3 more than 2 since it is not every game you can be a voodoo pirate.

The game I was most looking forward to this year was Test Drive until I heard is always online it's tanking so hard can't even get 1,000 current players. On Steam I can see it being Concord 2.0.

Speaking of which. LUNAR THE SILVER STAR IS BEING REMASTERED!

I still have the preorder Galleon punching puppet from Lunar 1's SSSC edition on the PSX. And all the preorder stuff for Eternal Blue Complete.

I have the ghaleon puppet, sega cd version(silver star and eternal blue), saturn versions of SSSC and Eternal Blue Complete, PS1 both SSSC and Eternal Blue collector's editions, the PSP collectors edition, and almost a full set of figurines. I have an apple and android version. My Holy Grail is finding the Japanese PC version they only published in Japan.

I'm really hoping there is a physical copy, even if I have to settle for LRG. I own the 2 copies of both SSSC and Eternal Blue, and the Sega CD ones. Along with the OG Shining Force games, I paid a lot of money for them because my siblings had access to the Disc-based consoles, while I didn't get to play them until I was older, to their knowledge. I ended up buying them later on when they were at Collector's premium prices.

There was a guy on Discord and YouTube that had a channel of AI covers solely for PS1-PS2 games. He had several of the Lunar songs, Thousand Arms, Breath of Fire 3, the Tales series, Final Fantasy, and such, maybe around 80+ songs. He got endlessly harassed until he just deleted everything and disappeared. They were really good, and made me dive back into the older games I loved as a kid, I basically had to covertly play in secret.

Honestly, that’s true like 99% of the time, but it depends on the creators themselves a lot of the time. There are definitely some wholesome communities in there, but it’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack
