A product or a service. Now a big part of the economy in developed countries is relative to services. Prostitution is in this category.
I need to to really qualify what you think you mean by 'service'. Service-based work still produce a product, just like manual labor, even if it isn't always physical.
IT support and communication, for instance, are service jobs. They produce a product even if it isn't physical, usually in the form of productivity-boosting outcomes.
Prostitution is categorically not in this category. Or do you mean that prostitution produce taxes? That's is debatable. And I hope you're not talking about pimping and trafficking as a 'service'.

so what are your thoughts on the use of deep fake in real porn games?
Do you consider yourself an AI bro or a hater?
who is the fairest of them all?
I'm not a fan of deep fakes, if I know the video, it remains the same for me.
That's my goal in this site, get to P4!
Snow White

If your keeping a count safe bet to put me on that list. Normal people don't get obsessed with having to read the whole 7000+ thread no no reason, or have to watch/listen to all the apple bottom jeans songs for a bit that no one cares about.

hey from what i understand this thread in particular doesn't need to be in english.
and there doesn't seem to be a lot of people here currently, so theoraticly we can chose a random language, and use it to speak about a completly random topic such as why boiled egges are best fully cooked, and if you clean your penis after you pee
of course i'll edit this comment if we agree to do this
(ialredy can bought game +)
Why not socialize in a thread to socialize?
I really don't get the idea here.
And there are always people here, maybe backreading, but we are here everyday, everytime

I actually had a argument with my buddies bc im the only one dabbing toilet paper on my tip after shaking it just in case. I got called a names for trying to stay as hygienic as i can, and i wont let it stop me! 😾
Don't let it stop you, its hygienic and your undies I thank you!

Backreading done, reacts done.

I was just going to be lazy this weekend and watch some TV. That didn't happen, I ended up looking around the house and did a bunch of maintenance and stuff around the yard instead.

Thanks for a good answer!

What is "super expensive" to you? I'm a whisky fan, mostly Scotch whiskys, but I've been trying American whiskeys for a couple years, where I can get them. I like the Joseph Magnus for a quality whiskey that is easier to get, at about $100USD for their 12 year, the youngest they export, I think. A lower end, but nice enough whiskey is Bib and Tucker Small Batch at about $90USD but they sell a cheaper 6 year for about $50USD. This would have a milder flavor like the Woodford, though I like the Woodford Reserve which you listed better.
Re price: the whiskeys I mentioned were also meant as a vague price range indication, though I forgot to mention that. But hard to compare prices internationally though. I live in Scandinavia and alcohol is taxed quite a bit here...
Bib & Tucker 6yo I actually can get, 700ml would cost the equivalent of 93 USD, so that's 86% more expensive..!! Damn... I will put it on my list, though.
Joseph Magnus seems hard to find here, and I guess it would cost, well, 86% more than in the US then? Probably out of my range. Buuut, will def keep it in mind for when I travel!

The Woodford that most people try is a young whiskey, that doesn't have a lot of the flavor the aged whiskeys have, so its more palatable to most people. If you like that, go for one of their double casked or batch selected whiskeys to see if you like the extra flavor of them (I don't remember what they actually call them, but they have more flavor), or try the Joseph Magnus whiskey. They age in a variety of casks (like the Woodford I mentioned) so there are hints of the sherry and congnac. So far, the Joseph Magnus is my favorite bourbon, but I'm looking for others.
The Woodford I have tried seems to be the Straight Bourbon, though the one here is at 43.2% abv (86.4 proof), not the 90.4 proof (45.2% abv) that I see on their website. Not that I think the small diff in alcohol level would have a very large impact taste, more that I'm not sure if it's actually the same in other respects. Will look out for their other variants!

I'm confused. Prostitutes do physical work and emotional work. They move their bodies, they say things that help more than most psychologists, and they bring the customer to cum and feel better physically, and sometimes to cum and feel better emotionally. Their clients walk away receiving a better resolution than any IT support generally leaves their clients. Maybe I am misunderstanding the conversation.

Service: "supply of an intangible good, benefit or satisfaction of a need by a provider (company or state) to the public". Prostitution is definitely about satisfaction of a need. The fact that's it's legal or not, taxed or not is totally irrelevant to if it's a service.

With your definition, entertainment isn't service. Also excuse me but if we go in that path of cutting hair in half having blue balls definitely reduce productivity. I agree with here on many subjects but here i think you don't understand the notion of service in economy.

Prostitution provides a specific service which is comprised of two essential elements.
1) Sexual gratification

Very observant of you to not at all look at the outcome of prostitution from the prostitute's side. When we ignore that then it becomes much easier to see prostitution as any other work.
I feel like when I say prostitute, I mean a person whose profession is primarily to provide intimacy in exchange for money (and that is assuming they are doing it as a job, and not because they are forced to), while you - and many others - seem to point to a mythical idealized swiz-army-councillor that offer sex, psychiatry, therapy and more without any adversity from a clientele that mostly see them as commodities. The majority of prostitutes are not treasured healers that fill an important societal niche, but instead a product of income inequality with a clientele that see them as objects for escapism. There is a reason long-time prostitution statistically go hand-in-hand with mental unhealth, substance abuse and physical injury and/or disability.

Say... how would a prostitute unionize? Who would they pressure for better working conditions? How would they negotiate salaries? How would they arrange reasonable accommodation to be able to prostitute themselves on equal grounds as other prostitutes?
What would a good pathway for a career into prostitution look like to maximize their career satisfaction and outcome? How would they organize anti-discrimination policies that protect them from loss of income if clients suddenly don't want their services because of physical features beyond their control? How would they secure financial safety in times of reduced income? How should insurance be handled?

they say things that help more than most psychologists
Citation. Fucking. Needed.

It's about control and jealousy imo about prostitution.

My yard is brown. I don't think I mowed but three or four times this year. I went out for a while and sweated out a gallon or so and decided to come back in. Now re-hydrating...

Meh. The alcohol level doesn't mean a lot about whether it's worth drinking. Distilleries use a variety of different rules when they make their whiskys. Though not entirely accurate, imagine 1000 gallons of whisky in a still. The whisky at the top is the best, and the stuff at the bottom is the worst. Some distilleries use the top 90%. Others use the top 70%. Both send the unused portion back through the process, but the distillery that uses only the top 70% has less of the nasty stuff.

Then the distillery puts the part they save into casks. Whisky often gets aged in casks that were already used to age another alcohol. They can leave it in the cask for only a short time (3-9 years), so it has little of the flavor of the cask. While others leave it in the cask so it picks up a lot of the flavor. New oak casks have a strong oak flavor. I don't like that personally. The already used casks, primarily sherry, impart a muted oak flavor while infusing a mild flavor of whatever was aged in it previously.

The younger the whisky, the milder the flavor other than oak. When hunting for a "good" whisky, one has to understand what they personally feel is "good." My preferred flavor is sherry, and knowing that, I poked around at what there was, and found the Joseph Magnus. But maybe you like some other quality. The type of grain and the way it is dried also plays a huge factor. For example, I hate petey flavor that many scotch whiskys have.

Sorry. More than you asked. But this is something I have been doing a lot to learn about. My favorite is MacAllan scotch whisky. I have a dozen different types of that on the shelf, each for a specific mood. Including a couple bottles of this...
