You can say it with confidence, Lies of P is probably the best Soulslike out there (As in, not made by Fromsoft and even there I would argue it doesn't get beaten by all of their games )

I'm going to be honest though I didn't like DS1 and DS2 all that much but I loved Sekiro. The first 2 DS games makes me not want to play DS3 or even Elden Ring cause I worry it might not be for me

This is the way to go honestly, most games need adjustments so I always wait until a game of the year (isn't it nice that every game is game if the year) edition comes out before even looking at it.

I really don’t mind NTR, why such the hate?

Honestly, I don't know as well. I'm not the one to be possessive, and I wouldn't mind polyamory and sharing with my partners, but NTR is merely a genre that's not for me. It involves playing into jealousy and possessiveness in a way I don't really like, so for me it's a turn off, but not something that angers me.
It's a kind of a thing that makes me go "I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed".
But again, if it's merely cheating/non-exclusivity, without all of this crappy jealousy/possessiveness/abusive drama, I can even like it. That's the only bad part about it, "NTR" is a wide label and it captures lots of different things.

I don't think it's more than that, i rested a lot yesterday and i'm already feeling a bit better.

I drink lot of water even in a normal day, it helps with my treatment.

Looking back on the account in question, I see that it interacted more back-and-forth a few months back, so could also just be someone that maybe goes up and down over time in their social interactions. I mean, I would not want to be judged as human/non-human based on my social interactions, eheheh *coughs in autism*
