Hi Huevos, me and @-Bonk- just got done playing some Battleship.

The battles were hard fought but ended at 5/5.

The "result" wasn't that bad, like, Daenerys getting mad was expected, Bran becoming king makes sense, yada yada, but they way it were told and developed is what was shit about it.
It's like they still had multiple seasons left, but squished it all together, cut a lot of stuff and overall made a awful job at telling the story.
Even if the books mantained the same plot points, it could be ok. However everyone is already spoiled about the ending, so it wouldn't be the same either way...
So many things in stories can be fixed, or at least improved, with just a little bit of a change. Here's what I would have done:

In the final fight, instead of having her look around like she was doing a combination of spazzing on drugs and having forgotten how to cross the street...

... I'd have done a montage... of every single time, she gave people a chance, and she was betrayed, someone dear to her was killed because of her mercy, ending with a loop of Missandei being beheaded and Grey Worm's reaction...

THEN she fries the town. That's would have taken 2 minutes. 2... fucking... minutes...
Still won't excuse her actions, but it will explain them.

A good villain: you absolutely HATE what they're doing, but based on what you saw of their life, you UNDERSTAND how they got there...
before you (reluctantly) oppose them.

EDIT = Apologies. I click submit before I'd put the ending in spoilers. It took me a minute to add them. I hope not many of you got spoiled.

That one isn't so bad, but I have a request: Give me to a cute girl who will want to play with me. :sneaky:

Fight Club is one of the few "older" movies that I watched. Hahaha
I didn't even remember it was based of a book.

Going. And you?
Going? I'm just coming...home :devilish:

Nice!
Think the last time I played that was on those old plastic boards with the divider :ROFLMAO:

Not bad, but could be better. Hahaha
At least I have some free time for "stuff" today.
I'll open my first beer of the weekend in your honor...
Would that make it better?
It definitely will for me ;)

Make it a caipirinha, and then it will!
I'll transform everyone here into honorary brazilians. Hahaha

Sadly I don't have any of those...
But I just opened a Mexican Bohemia Bock. Damn good beer!
Salúd! Cheers!

Just throw some lemons in there and call it a day. Hahaha
Gambiarra (I think the closest translation would be "blodging") is a very brazilian thing.
It's trying to fix some thing using other things that you already have.

Will it work and taste like capirinha? Most certainly not, but hey, it's the though that counts!

You mean put lemon in my beer?
Putting lemons in beer is for crap beer like Coronas and Budweisers
And even then it wouldn't make them better
I love my beers, and I prefer dark beer! This Bohemias definitely don't need any fixing!

I'm just joking, I didn't even knew some put lemons in beer.
Honestly, I don't like beer regardless of how it is. Hahaha
The only times I drink it is when I'm with friends and it's very cold, so it's refreshing.

Very cold weather? Then it's wine time :)
Very cold beer is always refreshing! ;)
Or very cold friends? Better change friends then :ROFLMAO:

In the US we'd call that "jury rigging." Though those pictures go further than I've ever seen
