Some users are so stupid.
I used to work for a company that did upgrade/repair/support for various gas stations.
The admin password for their system for the managers was "GasChange".
This one manager calls me at 1:00 AM to ask me where the "R" is on the keyboard, because the he can't get into his system...
Figue that one out. ("R" omitted deliberately.)

I've known people I've worked with in the past to switch a few letter positions on mechanical keyboards on multiuser terminals. Just for shits and giggles to wind their colleagues up. Especially effective as the terminals were for the completion of electronic copies of the physical work orders and demanding spares and as such none of us were 'no-look' touch typists. Also knew one occasion where the default language was changed.
