Oh when I read buffet I thought you meant the food gets cooked and then put out in trays for people to put on their plate. There's a Hibachi-style one near me that works like that. Also Argentinians make really good beef, dunno why you'd complain about a chef being ArgentinianFrom google reviews:
1- We arrived at a quarter to 11 and they tell us that they don't serve us because they close at 11:30. I don't recommend it at all, there are better places to eat and it's cheap, it doesn't hit the nail on the head for the drink!
There is a sign on the door that says you can't get in after 10:30.
2- Tasteless food, we received very poor service, my vegetarian wife had no options to eat. When we asked if they could prepare something without meat, they were rude and showed more interest in the money than the customer. I don't recommend the place; There are better options nearby.
I've gone with a vegan friend, he ate so much we had to sit outside to "rest" when we left. You are the one that pick what's going to be cooked and hand it to the line of cookers waiting for customers where you can even tell them what sauces to use or not.
3-I do not recommend it, my wife and I went yesterday and I had a disgusting night and I woke up in the morning drinking and with diarrhea. The food was super expensive and dry and tasteless.
The food was expensive, at an all you can eat buffet.
4- literally a racist comment about the cook being from Argentina and using Argentinian wordiness, not gonna paste it here.
The not 1 star reviews are all either good and have some reasonable point that could improve or very good.

This site has both things, there are rows of trays with food, some hot, some refrigerated, and separated by type of food. But there are also raw ingredients you can get cooked to your liking in various styles(There was for example an open fridge with like 30 different ingredients for salads and another with 10-15 kinds of meat to be cooked).Oh when I read buffet I thought you meant the food gets cooked and then put out in trays for people to put on their plate.
