Ugh. Today has been one of those days where I just slowly grow to hate technology because trying to make it work the way I need it to fails over and over again.

I feel ya. I've suddenly developed an inability to 3D print PETG filament. It immediately turns into a stringy, lumpy mess. Or, my printer have lost the ability. Either way, nothing works.

EDIT: Ah, damn - they didn't convert to .gif properly. Three of them saved as .webm files and I used a converter to try to turn them to .gif since this place doesn't usually like "web" style media.

Printing quite a few parts aren't much of a problem. Lots of CAD files around the net.
Fully legal in many states as well.

The lower is the critical part. That's the one that's serialized and has to go through an FFL with the background check. Unless you make your own of course. Everything else on a rifle you can just order online and have shipped to your door.

Even the softest TPU filaments equates to pretty hard rubber, so you're in for a rough ride.
But, might be someone's thing, I'm not judging.
