Yeah OK, toga party.

I read about that but thought it was made up, I really should believe every bad thing about Disney.
A lot of headlines oversell what Disney is asking for, they want the case to go to arbitration instead of a normal trial but a lot of headlines make it sound like they want it dismissed entirely. The ridiculous part that headlines do get correct is that they're arguing that agreeing to arbitration in the context of buying park tickets or signing up for a free trial of D+ can somehow extend to any dispute between Disney and the ticket buyer in any context because the language in the contract is so broad.

There's also the problem that the person who died didn't buy the tickets so they didn't agree to the ToU anyway, which is an even stronger argument but not very sensational.

yeah, I'm talking with the boys, I'm kinda tired. But the guy is not just posting "good game", he's actually sharing his opinions, it's not an easy case, but he's still pushing the line

Outside the US a lot of countries will award attorney's fees to the winner which dampens this somewhat, but that never actually recoups all the costs of a trial. In the US there are anti-SLAPP statutes in some states that try to end court processes quickly and shift fees to the defendant in cases where the lawsuit is dismissed and was unlikely to succeed, but only if if the purpose of bringing it was a bad faith to prevent the defendant from exercising their normal rights rather than the plaintiff believing they had a case, which is both limited in scope and not usually easy to prove.

This still happens, the recent news of Disney trying to argue that their Terms of Use for buying D+ or a park ticket are binding on a wrongful death claim is their usual spaghetti->wall method of litigation that is just intended to exhaust the opponent into submission.
I guess the US Statutes were off that day:

EDIT = OK. So Epic Fail on my comedy based on the WHY to THUMBS UP ratio. I'm sorry. Corrected.

Oh I had a nice VHS collection before this. Still have some also. They are originals special edition, or anniversary edition ones

You might want to get those digitized and optionally saved to long term storage tapes. DVDs will rot after awhile.

Are you sure there is a post cool down and not just a like cool down? I never noticed it. In any case to surpass the 3 min between interactions when we have the multi-quote system I think it's something that rarely should be happening. Mostly for me is the opposite, sometimes I delay my answers to avoid spamming (like I'm doing right now).
There was one, but I've been beyond P1 for quite a while, so don't know that the deal is now.
