I have 3 monitors so I can have some porn pulled up while playing porn games. I just use an MMO mouse so I can map keyboard functions to the number keys on it and only use one hand.

But in hindsight there's plenty of multitasking solutions popping up here. Should be perfect for my ADD.

Storytime:
Got some level of ADD, so have always jumped around from thought to thing to something.
One time I was lying on the couch reading a book while idly watching a movie, (muted, because I had to have music going on as well) and scratching my balls.
Now, protip, do not do this if said movie is a jump-scare movie.
