No, I was talking quite of the opposite, how because in the movies Peter Parker is unmarried, they decided to erase the marriage in the comics. A lot of people got angry. Any person with 2 neurons can understand the movies show the beginning of the story of Peter Parker and still have not reached the point of the comics. It didn't make any sense, more if you take in consideration in these years the Ultimate Universe was ongoing and with good sales.
I didn't know they got rid of the marriage in the comics. The last Spiderman comic I read was a J. Scott Campbell cover with MJ sitting on a bed- they even made a statue of it, but I had to sell the statue in order to "adult".

(She was so friggin' adorable on the cover and in statue form.)

I just threw the comic in with the statue when I sold it.
Are you talking about the movie? Because I didn't watch it.
Honestly, besides being a huge departure from the books and 1 or 5 plot holes- Those two movies were really good. Then again, I just love the Mad Titan, so it was kind of a fan-boy's dream come true to see him AND Josh Brolin killed it.

You should give them a watch- if you don't sit there and pick it apart. I think you'll get some small enjoyment out of them.
The first crossover fever started in the 90s and was stopped by the fans with the only way a publisher understands, cutting down the sales. The learn the lesson and for several years there were not anymore big crossovers, but they come back with the movies much worst than ever before. I don't know if current fans have more money or they are more in number or they just don't have anymore a criteria, but as far as I know the crossover think is ongoing and every year there is at least 1 milking-money macro-event.
I'm pretty sure "Secret Wars" and "Crisis" were before the 90s, if not very, very close to the end of the 80s.
"Secret Wars" is where Peter Parker got the symbiote that would later become Venom.
"Crisis" was most famous for "killing" off the Flash (yeah, that lasted long).
This is an ongoing practice that happens every single month. Is fault of the publisher or the fandom who buys it doesn't matter what? As collection I know my limits and I used that just to buy a single copy with the coolest cover. Never bought 2 times the same comic book XD
Yeah, but I know people that will obsess unless they have EVERY single cover, reprint, and Edition. It doesn't matter what it is or what it costs.
Admittedly, I did used to by the Multiple covers for any Joseph Michael Linsner cover- just because I loved his art.
Are you talking about the Ultimate Universe?
Tbth, I doubt it- I haven't picked up a comic book since somewhere around the time of "The Boys: Herogasm" was just running out of time to read them and interest to buy/read them.
From the success of the Death of Superman, Marvel did that at least with a Captain America, Wolverine and Spider-Man. But I don't know who is the fan who is tricked by that. Any Marvel reader knew they will come back. The list of resurrected characters is so big that killing a hero or even a minor character of villain has lost any meaning. I would be surprised if they resurrect Ben Parker the next month!!
The only characters we know it doesn't matter they come back to live are the family of the Punisher, he will just kill them again XD (Yeah, that happened I think at least once or twice)
They did and they keep doing it AND then other publishers started do the same shit- Image, IDW, DDP, Dark Horse, and the rest...so now you have no stories, multiple covers, and nothing else. They just flooded the market with crap. I will visit my Comic Shop ever so often (it's in our blood now) to see if there's anything worthwhile, eavesdrop on people talking about their favourite books to see if it sparks any kind of interest, and to pick up my copies of "Tarot: The Witch of the Black Rose" comics.
You must be registered to see media
You must be high AND I'm rather upset you're not sharing. An hour long video? Tl:dw
I know Evil Surgeon has expressed a desire to not have me in the future with y'all, but now YOU?
Et tu, 4rcan1st?
Just to reply to this. In India lot of women with very long hair sell or used to sell their hair for cash and the hair was used for dolls. Even I heard about some Asia countries sell their hair. If I was offer %4,000 I will sell mine too lol.
Really for dolls? I thought they just used horsehair? IF they're paying that much for hair- these dolls probably aren't cheap.
Yeah. I agree. I mean it is ridiculous how big games and also some game mods are these days. This why I like PC gaming (one of many reasons) because the SSD can be upgrade easy and its not going to cost huge price. 8GB SSD is bit expensive at this moment but it is certainly good size. so what is TITAN specs? BTW with pc, there are NASSA style pc that have specs for GPU asnd SSD that are crazy. Only problem is console usually have better graphics I think.
yep, basically xbox and playstation are similar that way. In Japan I think playstation is more popular but I dont know the difference these days. Like I say, I dont play console. Just too much cost for games ect...
I have 3 4TB drives, but those fill up kinda quick too- with all y'all's art, the size of AVN's, plus the 3K+ torrents I have to deal with one day, some day...
Oh, by "Titan" I just meant some monster specs where even the fastest, top-of-the-line PC (or console) would start struggling for you to be able to play it without having to upgrade. Most of these devs (AAA games) have access to much more powerful systems- so they start with a game that's amazing, but may have to "dumb it down" so that regular people can play it, but then the hardware becomes available commercially and the whole cycle repeats itself. You don't think devs could still make decent playable games for the PS4? They could and sometimes do- that's why you have a PS4 AND a PS5 version. The PS5 version is better, brighter, faster, has more "bells and whistles", so it helps them sell consoles. Who wants to play the crappy version of a game IF a much better one is available?
I admire your version of "innocent".
I agree. I should actually set my TV to my pc, but I dont worry. My monitor is pretty good. I think some tv have storage drive? Not sure about that, unless it is external. I just seen my friend who have ton of movies on their tv.
Well, if the TV is bigger...but then you can't watch TV on it (unless you have an HDMI switch). I have 2 with 3 ports each- so I can switch from laptop to consoles to Bluray players to Roku to All-region DVD players.
Maybe they have a flash drive plugged into their TV? All you'd have to do is switch the inputs to access it and watch whatever they have on it.
Preach on my lil Pervette.
I'd much rather have "porn spam" than "spam porn".
Ugh, that icky yellow jelly shit that they encapsulate it in...you could make a "hole" in the meat. Let's ask Conzi or Matthiacallus...
