F95 Is better purely because they have more games.

I just wish they had a list of games that have been removed for violating their rule 7, because that is the biggest travesty is they do purges and all of a sudden games are gone and no way of knowing what vanished.

LC is better in regards to the smol characters in games but not nearly as many games get uploaded or discussed here

Hey @Don Tebjos, do you have that thread in F95 were the mods explicitly say that REAL CSAM is being shared here and that's the reason that this site is going to be shut down sooner or later? The one that was closed to new replies recently, where rule 7 was being discussed, I ask because I'm looking for it and I think it's been removed.

This site was created for one specific reason. People were upset and fed up with how things are run on F95—it’s like that Bender meme with the blackjack and the hookers, for one thing. On the other hand, it’s about freedom with content, especially games (which has caused us problems in the past); that’s why the site relies on donations rather than ads, and why we have membership tiers—to keep everything running smoothly.

I’m aware that some users want to share LC on other sites to attract more people… honestly, I don’t like the idea of a place like this being so exposed to the public eye; I’d prefer it if people gatekept the site. Obviously, more people means more donors, and that would be a good thing, but there's always the risk of some white knight coming along and messing things up—and it's happened before.


Honestly, F95 can do whatever it wants—it’s their site, and they run it however they like. We can criticize, of course, but we can’t tell them what they can or can’t do. We have to be fair: they’re the ones leading the way in adult gaming, and they’re a pillar that helps developers gain exposure and sustain the community. Whatever they do—if it’s to keep the site running—is completely justified. How they run things is another matter, but that’s not my point.

We focus on games that are rejected there; you could consider LC to be a bit more of a niche platform, with the risks that entails. But as such, neither the F95 staff has any reason to be on bad terms with us, nor do we have any reason to be on bad terms with them.

Agreed, and I strongly encourage any of us to spend more time doing constructive stuff for LC rather than gossiping against F95 - I've been here for 3 weeks and it's maybe the 5th time this subject comes back?

Not trying to play the moralist here, but repeating that your neighbor/ colleague/ competitor is tiny doesn't make you any greater

Pointing out flaws is beneficial if you can gather experience from it, to avoid repeating the same mistakes

As of now the ambiance is pretty nice, what will it be with double - triple the ammount of active users? If the site was to be targetted by numerous harrassment campaigns from white knight activists, how would it hold its line?

With fame and opportunities also comes adversity, I think it is someting important to be mindful about

So let me get this correctly..... Some governments and companies think that drawings of things that dont exist and dont have feelings are worth to be protected and monitored so lolicons/shotacons dont stay in the dark corner where they can enjoy degenerated but mostly harmless shiz with each other and share games/pictures/drawings/comics with each other while there are actual criminals getting only 9 months to 5 years in jail (Sometimes no court even happens), child labor and more is happening in the country. But noooooo the drawings being shared by degenerates online is more important than the living breathing human being that is actually suffering (Great job government definitely will put my trust in you more)
