If four toppings is too much for you to the point that it's no longer a pizza, then that's a you thing. Doesn't change the fact that it's pizza. It really depends on my mood. Sometimes, a simple NY style pizza with just pepperoni is the best thing in the world. Other times, I want a pizza with all the meats, mushrooms, garlic, basil, and some pepperoncini on the side.

The garlic olive oil sounds freaking amazing. I love going to classic Italian restaurants that will just bring out some fresh baked bread and a plate with some garlic olive oil (and maybe sprinkle a little salt, pepper, and cheese in the oil). Could just sit there and eat that the whole time and not even remember to order an entree.
That does sound pretty good. I might have to make that later, maybe add some stuff to it and make a meal of it.
