Oh boy, I do so love the "lay down for 10 minutes while the dryer finishes up oh god its 3 hours later" brain scramble. I had so many things I needed to do this evening.... wheee....
maybe jump on the internet before there is no time left lol

That's a tough question... Since they aren't organized, you'd have to go through them one by one to see where to post them. Also, since there are images created by others, be careful—you'll probably need to give credit to the authors.

As for posting the folders containing the images... I honestly can't say. The best thing to do is to flag your comment and wait for a response from a veteran.
if original artists want credit they can watermark their images or make them "undownloadable"

no way i'm adding an artists name to thousands of images because the original artist didn't care enough to do so.

thx
I'll delete the gofile links since there is nowhere to put them

I been chilling out gaming a lot today and working on a sugar free/reduced diet which is interesting considering how much sugar we are forced to eat in most food.

I hope things are fine and well with you
It's funny when you explain to people that potatoes are literally sugar balls disguised as vegetables.
And good morning to you.

Good morning to you also, or here its good afternoon,

but potatoes are not full of sugar. In fact...

This is the diabetes link to show hw good they are. It explain much better than me.

its more they have carbs than high content of sugar, which is another thing to remember as part of heathy diet bla bla.. :)

It’s easy to burn fat, but hard to cut out carbs. I remember that. And the most reliable way to lose weight is to use math: burn more calories than you consume each day. If, in addition to eating fewer calories, you also exercise to burn more calories daily, you’ll lose weight much faster. Plus, physical activity boosts your metabolism, helping you burn more calories even when you’re at rest.

Although you should always be careful when changing your diet—since it can do more harm than good—there are certain things you shouldn't stop consuming, such as vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals.

And stretching even when you're not working out is also good; it helps improve blood flow. I always try to set aside an hour to do some exercise and stretching while watching a few videos.

100%, which is why even before I was diagnoed last month or abouts I did start to reduce sugar intake and so, when it was necesary then it was easier and less cravings, but yes, diet is very important to get ballance, and carbs are important like you say, as well as excersise, and there is my weknes. Im bit lazy at tiems when its to do with excersise, but this is something I need just get on and do, but being tired 24/7 does also controbute to my lack of stimulation.
'However, I did lost 5KG so far and still ahve some more, so, yeah, less carbs is recomended to me, so less bread and potatoes and fatty foods.. Gees they want me to become skeletors sister hahah

But to be honest, apart form some more improvements im pretty happy with diet side. I think that part is not so difficult once a program is reached.

Truth be told, 80% humanity needs to get better diet and fitness it seems

I'm sorry to hear you have diabetes; I know how hard it is—not from my own experience, but from my grandmother's.

It’s hard to stick to a healthy diet and exercise these days when time is so limited. Cooking something good isn’t convenient when you can have junk food delivered with just a phone call. Not to mention how addictive sodas are.

Between the last half of October and the first half of November, I lost 15 kg, and it’s no magic secret… I simply stopped eating; I’d eat a little every 2–3 days, no more than 500 calories. The reason... A very serious infection that was tormenting me, and I simply couldn’t eat for fear of the pain (although it always hurt, I just didn’t want it to go from a 3 to a 6 on the pain scale because of eating). It caused a huge abscess that, on the X-rays, made the dentist fear it might be cancer.

Since I’m pretty stubborn, I put up with that horrible pain for half of October until my mom forced me to go to the dentist (I have a phobia of the dentist and I’m still scared). They did an endodontic treatment and fixed
me up.

To be honest, at first I was in shock and it felt bad, butto be honest, if I can put up with testing and manage this every day then the diet thing is actually not so hard to maintain. Just takes a routine, but its type 2, so if the sugar levels can become lower and normal then its fine, so ima go doctors in couple month and they will see where it is at ect. Its been just about a month since I knew and im begining to get there.

As for infections. I had something similar. it took a month to recover mostly. Mine was chest infection, and I get them every year for the last 3 years, so, the paranoid part of me feels its something man created like coved, or maybe my immunity is shit lol.

Im also stuborn, but Im a bad patient when sick. i complain and cary on protesting lol, but lucky no one hears my useless rantings of suffering, but so far this ye apart from diabetic my health is great so, just keep this control and lose more fatness on my tummy and i will be able to deal witth he world lol

But you must eat meals every day. Lots of small healthy ones apparently lol. Im working om the healthy part still hahah

Happy Friday everyone.

Good morning and happy Fuck It Friday.

Happy Friday to you.

In 2 hrs here it will be the first hour of Saturday am
Damn it's not even 9a, yet here - and I'm in the Easternmost part of the US. Continental - because technically a very small part of Alaska goes into the Eastern Hemisphere.

Yeah, time zones always make me spin out, and I think if I am correct Alaska has short... or very long days, which is another thing I wonder about how life is with such extreme events.

Lucky for me, where I live , when we moved from Japan, it is only 1 hr time zone difference. Yet other parts od Australia have longer, with some areas 2 or 3 hrs.

Strange old world we live in.

anyone else check out pragmata yet? mods for this game will be huge
I just know Twitter is on flames because of this game, people legit cannot stop moral signaling about a vanilla game 'cause of Diana, wish I could show some funny gifs about it here but mods wouldn't like it, I keep imagining if BioShock (a game were you can literaly kill little girls) came out today the nothingburgers people would write

Pragmata doesn't really grab my attention—it's not my kind of game—but as soon as I saw the trailer and the little girl, I knew it was going to go viral on Twitter.

Even so, I don't see the problem. It seems crazy to me that the people who sexualize minors the most are the very ones who "defend" them by saying they shouldn't be sexualized. I like lolis, and when I saw the girl from Pragmata, the first thing I thought was that she was adorable and looked like Leon Kennedy’s daughter—nothing sexual about it—but when those self-righteous moral crusaders saw her, the first thing they thought about was how to sexualize her… It’s a pretty funny irony.

Are they going to sexualize her? Almost certainly—it’s no surprise; they sexualized Hornet, and she’s a stick-figure-style spider. In the end, it’s not about whether it’s right or wrong, but the importance people who don’t even consume the content attach to it. I deeply dislike reggaeton and its urban variants; it really bothers me that the only things they know how to "sing" about are drugs, sex, and violence, plus objectifying women, but I don’t go around bothering those who enjoy it, because I don’t care— I simply ignore the topic and don’t get involved because I know I don’t like it, and I’d rather spend my time enjoying and talking about the things I do like.

Yeah, it was a given that twitter was going to have a fit over it, it's crazy how agitated they are by a normal game just because of the girl.
