Primer is crazy hard to follow, if my poor memory recalls. Dexter's Lab movie I know nothing about, I couldn't get through the first episode of the Dexter show.

Primer was super hard to follow which I feel is the same with any good time travel movie, but definitely worth a watch, another good time travel movie is timecrimes
