wtf even is this thread xD

Yeah, we had a fridge for, like, 30+ years but it broke just a year ago. Things like that should work for 20+ years, for fks sake.

30 years? Fair play I don't think we've had one that lasts more then 4 always something screwing up

Really?
All old fridges lived that long (and still is), my grandma have one, some of my friends have old fridges that still work just fine (though ALL of them have no light, that's a universal thing to get broken) and I would still used my old one if it didn't broke as it did. I mean, the only thing I need fridge to do - is to keep things cold and have enough space for said things.

You call the service center and say - sorry, my refrigerator is farting.
You are right, less stress.

Of course, said by that way...

[notricksanchez69]

I just had a 4 day weekend, I haven't really done anything and still don't feel rested. Can it be the next weekend already

Granted

Damn, my fridge started "farting" when turning on...Hope it's not going to break or something...

But is it still running...

Well we are closer to friday than we were yesterday

Which one?

Do you know the history of this celebration?

You know that the French love their condiments. Especially remoulade sauce and mayonnaise. So France had to supply their troops regularly with these delicious sauces. However, a crafty Mexican commando managed to sink the French supply ship that was dispatched to the French troops in late April. The ship went down with barrels and barrels full of mayonnaise to the bottom of the Bermuda triangle.

Now the poor French had to eat their fries dry, without condiment, and their morale was shattered. Meanwhile, the Mexicans created delicious ketchup for their fries from the tomatoes native to their lands, and their morale soared. And due to this morale advantage the Mexicans obliterated the French troops. All because of one sunk ship and to celebrate the importance of this feat, Mexico celebrate to this day the...

Sinko de mayo!

I hate you. I love you Vid, but I hate you...

Just wait for them to double post haha

Nope, learned my lesson, just took one beat down...

wtf even is this thread xD

Think of it as a thread for spreading joy, or cheeks, whatever...

Well, it's an annual Dorm Wars (5th one in this instance) that have many competitions between girls and to see which floor is the best (1st floor or 2nd floor of the dorm)
On the provided screenshot is at the point of right before death ball (to the left) competition and alligator is...it's just there to eat arms that Imani bought for one of the last Dorm Wars competitions and it will go back to the swamp when it eats all the arms. Fake arms, don't worry)

Is this the annual recreation of the Pig Wars? Still waiting to here that story...

Too bad! It would really be helpful to know someone with access to a Tardis!

I had one but I used it twice, then it was a Re....

My mother gave a fridge after 14 years of live and still have it after 16 years. Its old, bad lokking but work perfectly well. Old stuff was made for durability

[Slumdum]

not anymore. a lot of stuff build in recent years is not made to last anymore

Arts must be ours or not?

I prefer if it's your own work, but you can post someone elses content if you credit the source (name the creator and provide a link, if possible).

Yeah, we do not talk about the pig wars, is better that way.

Emphasis on "old stuff." Now they're building for obsolesence, so good luck having one run that long. Hold onto that quality one you have!

[MattShizzle]

I've read it's not that it isn't made to last, but as things get more complex there are more parts that can break so there's a bigger chance of some part or another breaking, etc.

Idk man nowadays alot of thing they make break over short amounts of time for no reason. Washing machines and fridges are some of the worst for it

[Slendertroll]

Well, it is super hot now, maybe that's the reason?

Okay, it seems that fridge is no longer farting)
Got me worried)

Yeah, def sounds like the coils, its just a pain in the ass to bandage the problem.
I took the back panel off inside the fridge and used a hairdryer to melt the frost that was covering the coils, not fun.

Morning or evening Slum, not a bad start to the day. Was it your first day at the internship, how'd it go?
Its a good gif, it's an animation by Frank Frazetta if you were curious (conan artist, and fantasy in general)

[Vizer007]

It really is. Pretty much one of the best ones that I wait every month for update since v0.13 (it's v0.49 now), never missed an update.
And yeah, it updates 10 times a year (every month except 2 "rest" months) and each update is HUGE, especially if you compare it to other games. The dude have work ethics, that's for sure.
And with this update it got up to 3 million in word count. With "only reading" gameplay of about 200-400 hours. Which is a lot. Like, nearly twice the full Game of thrones book series (1,7m word count). Or 3 times the Harry Potter (1.08m). And this word count is with over 37,000 images.
